West Allis Restaurants: Our Family Tradition
The Paul family has a tradition of bringing family and friends together over good food. With two restaurants in West Allis, good, made from scratch food is always on the menu. And honoring their roots in West Allis is important.
Honoring Our Roots
In 2013, Chris and Abby Paul reimagined a West Allis tradition, Capri. Located at 8340 W. Beloit Road, the previous owners closed the doors. The Paul family wanted to honor the longstanding restaurant and to welcome old and new customers alike.
Capri di Nuovo: A Neighborhood Tradition
As the Paul family began work on the restaurant, people called and stopped in asking if the beloved restaurant was going to open again. It was then that they realized how much a part of West Allis Capri was. And so, The restaurant was reopened as “Capri di Nuovo,” translating to “Capri Again.”
At Capri di Nuovo diners will see tributes to the restaurant’s history, including the familiar sign. It’s hanging on the exterior of the building, facing south.
Many old favorites are on the menu - along with new chef-crafted recipes.
Reunion Restaurant: A New West Allis Tradition
Situated at 6610 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis. Reunion is in the 6 Points Neighborhood in West Allis. Long-time residents will recognize it as the old Allis-Chalmers employment building.
After an extensive renovation, the restaurant offers food and arcade lovers a full day or night of fun.
The restaurant offers a spacious, yet cozy dining area on the first floor and a fully-accessible arcade on the second floor.
